Uh-huh. :sadnod:

People can easily get round them these days using proxy's or dynamic IP's. IP addresses chance too so that someone else ends up with the same IP as you once had, so they could end up banned from this site rather than the rule breaker.

We have our ways :wink:

Can't say how because if they see, they'll get tips as to how they can get round them. Anyone who has been banned on here will know how good we are at spotting dupe accounts.
