Anyone else here absolutely love punjabi music? I listen to tunes from the UK and Punjab. Don't like the punjabi rappers too much though XD

Wow that was good! Haven't heard that before. My favorite artist is Diljit. I've heard Epic Bhangra before too, I like this song by him.

I do but I don't like all this rapping and mixing it with hiphop and crap :colonhash:

Not to mention it's become far less instrumental lately

I guess for some songs the hiphop mixes are good but I agree I don't like the rapping, it just ruins the whole song
I guess this is the kind of stuff some of you have mentioned. Personally i like this and more traditional test. I guess its just a matter of taste.

I love Dj Sanj and Jay Status, such a good combination.

Me too! They do make a fantastic team - no wonder they're both sweeping all the awards at Brit Asia every year. :smile:

I'm also a massive fan of JK, Jazzy B, Malkit Singh, Kaka Bhainiawala, H Dhami, Saini Surinder, Diljit Dosanjh, Highflyers, Garry Sandhu, Bups Saggu, Jaz Dhami, Taj-E/Bee-2, Bakshi Billa, PBN and the Aman Hayer Entourage (Benny Dhaliwal, Raju Dinehwala, Angrej Ali etc). Among many others!

I've added most of the great Bhangra tracks on that thread I shared above, but here's another classic that always gets me dancing in a second :biggrin:
