I've always felt sleeping was much more important after a hard session rather than before a session assuming you have a break of at least 1 day in between sessions...

Nah, hit 3rm Squat and 1rm press the day before, then crap sleep etc then big bench and deadlift pb.

Job is a lot of sitting there which helps recovery a lot I guess.

SB campus gym

And the plates are new but bar is years old and the gym is usually rammed with bros doing swinging curlz

1 power rack, 200kg ish of weight (not enough), 1 proper bar, a few EZs, DBs up to 40

SB is nice agreed, I live in Kegworth which isn't as nice but cheaper :tongue:

Want to max your deadlift? Not with that weight you can't.

I remember when my old uni gym back in first year only had one bar and one rack. How did I cope?
