Lifting noob gets strong

Hopefully I won't get injured again and have to not train in the foreseeable future...
My targets for Christmas time are:
Squats: 100kg (5x5)
Bench press (paused) - 70kg (5x5)
Barbell rows - 70kg (5x5)
Deadlifts - 130kg (1x5)
DB shoulder press - 24kg (4x8-12)

Is this realistic?

Yes absolutely

them squats will get hard very quickly lol
In three months you could probably get up to a 3 plate squat so those should be realistic, yeah

Squats - 57.5kg (5,5,5,5,8)
Bench (paused) - 45kg (5,5,5,5,10)
Barbell rows - 55kg (5,5,5,5,5) PB!

Squats and bench still easy, squats will probably start getting difficult around the 65kg mark lol

Not that surprising considering he's only just started squatting

Hmm..

One good thing I've noticed about strong lifts is that ever since I started it (i've now been doing it for 4 weeks) my legs have gotten way more toned from squatting and am starting to get them nice tear drop shapes in my quads...shoulders are coming out nicely from OH pressing too. I'm impressed so far shoulda done this sh#t ages ago but hey we all start somewhere :colondollar:

keep it up Reps4J!

Cheers

My OHP 5x5 is obviously a lot stronger but I'm doing high reps just now until I have my shoulder problems properly diagnosed.

4 sets of 12 feels amazing in the shoulders haha

ohp gets really hard you'll be glad when you finish the 5 reps. I've been stuck at 5/5/5/4/4 at 40kg for almost a month now :/ going to get 5x5 next session I hope lol probably not eating enough...but its definitely a really hard lift to get good at especially if you're doing strict pressing and no knee bouncing.

Yeh I've done 42.5kg for 5x5 before but heavy weight low reps for shoulders is pretty sore for me unfortunately

Squats - 62.5kg (5x5)
Bench press (paused) - 55kg (5x5)
Rows - 55kg (5x5)

Squats are still easy
Bench is getting reasonable difficult, should hit 2 plates paused in two bench sessions hopefully
Forgot to add weight to rows damn lol

2plates? Jumping from 55kg to 100kg in two sessions would be impressive

Started uni and there's an awesome gym so I'm going to start doing stronglifts when I get my membership sorted out...

What accessory exercises should I do? I can't do dips due to shoulder problems and chins due to elbow problems..

I'm thinking hammer curls, tricep extensions and rear felt flies?

Deadlifts: 105kg (1x5)

Even squats are irritating my elbow now fs 😂
