Well done to all of you for taking steps to help yourselves.
bullettheory, I hope the emergency goes/went ok, good luck, and Noodlzzz, I hope the crisis team can help you. Cinnie, good luck for your assessment on 3rd November too, I'm glad the student support guy was nice.
Odd socks, well done for going to uni today, that can be very hard to do when you're feeling rubbish.
And ScaryScience, that sounds like a sensible idea if you're feeling so bad at the moment, your well-being comes first. Do try to talk to someone if you're feeling very very low.

Had an appointment with my SEDCAS worker today, went ok although not great weight-wise and body image blah. Now trying to sort my meds out...phoned the GP on Weds but they couldn't write me a prescription because they said they didn't have the letter from the psychiatrist on my community team after I saw her last month (after being discharged from inpatient on 19th Sept), but that they'd chase it up. I've got a copy of the letter which they printed out for me today anyway now, but just need to get them to do my prescription now, my meds all run out on Thursday. :\
