Aquinas' design argument?

can someone please tell me what was the design argument by Thomas Aquinas?

The fifth way in his book 'Summa Theologica'.
Basically to do with how non-intelligent beings/matter cannot function towards its purpose unless its guided by an intelligent being.
His example was the archer and the arrow; the arrow being the non-intelligent being/matter and the archer being God, guiding the arrow.

I think OP was referring to the teleogical argument Aquinas made.
