What do you buy your best friend for her birthday?

It's her 18th and I'm hopeless at presents lol. She likes:

- rap music
- shoes ( )
- clothes
- bags
- food...

I don't know sizes or anything but I can find out her shoe size on the sly, just asking what size clothes is a little weird. Also I'm unsure of what's acceptable to buy someone that's just a friend, I don't want it to come across as something more. All answers appreciated, thanks.

Thing is I have no idea about women's bags so that's hard for me

Necklace.

Yeah that's what I've been swaying to. What's best out of the 3 that have been suggested?

A necklace is always a good bet

Shoes/clothes are easier to get wrong!

For sure. Can spend a nice amount to get some good quality shoes, but you don't have to spend too much. I feel like with necklaces/bags you could end up spending a lot and they are extremely easy to get wrong since people often have unique tastes. (Like the assumption that all girls like Pandora jewellery - wrong and sooo overdone)

How much are you willing to spend? Does she wear Converse? If they're not out of your price range they're always a good gift for people who wear them

I still stand by a necklace or something though! Something cute, you can get inexpensive jewelry from soo many places! Topshop do some lovely statement necklaces

Buy what you think she'll appreciate the most! Also depends on your price range
Price range is flexible, could be up to £60 I suppose, maybe a little higher
