Are there any student loans available for international students wanting to study in the UK?

Nope, student loans are only available for UK/EU students who also meet some other requirements.
There may be other sorts, non-government student loans, but no idea. What about scholarships from the uni themselves?

I'm in the same boat as you! It seems like private lenders from the home country are the best option. Scholarships are few and far between, at least coming from my country. If you are from certain countries there are better scholarships.
