I'm doing AQA! I'm just confused as to what exactly needs to be in the essay question to get the marks! How many evaluation points. And also who proposed the changed in the law other than the law commissioners!

You only have to do reforms one defence...I wouldn't put a reform for intoxication as it is very hard to find one. What general defences are you doing in your essay?
