Is UK or USA good for future living?

Well, with your wish I am expanding the post.

I work in a Big 4 accounting firm and looking forward to settle abroad.

As for salary and job satisfaction which is the best country to settle in including other factors like environment and people and so on..

Oh I wouldn't know about it to work as an accountant, but I'm taking my business over there (or more, opening up a US division). I would say find an international company so that you could have the option of being placed in one of many offices around the world. This will also give you more job stability since (if you play your cards right) if a division gets shut down, you could be relocated to a different office, rather than just lose your job completely.

Well you're Sri lankan Tamil go for Canada OR THE uk
Both countries are good and bad in there own ways. Like universal health care in UK and gas price in US. No country is perfect.
