Will my IGCSE scores all me to get into cambridge?

I want to study medicine at cambridge and I received 6A*s, 1A and 2Bs.

I've worked extremely hard to make sure that all the subjects i received Bs in, turned into 7s (the equivalent of an A* at A level) in the IB. I'm predicted all 7s and 6s (all A*s and A grades) with my Higher Level subjects standing at 776 and my Standard Level subjects at 767 along with the 3 extra points from CAS, TOK and my extended essay.

Do I even stand a chance?
