I don't think it's as bad with Japanese since it's kind of serious, but if you look at Korean... I recently installed a Korean hype caster voice pack on LoL, so if you get a double kill, instead of hearing the usual female announcer say 'Double Kill!' you'll hear this
Depends on what you want it for - I only listen to music and browse internet/CrunchyRoll with mine and so my iPhone 4 is absolutely fine for that But generally iPhones are rip offs, I think anyway.

Whenever I've used an iPhone it feels more smooth and 'polished' than an Android but I've heard it can be quite limited unless you jailbreak it or whatever.

I only use mine for music, messaging and internet, iPhone 4, while old, serves me perfectly well To be honest, I don't think I need an upgrade for a few years...

I have a sony xperia m2 and love it so much I previously had an iphone 4 which i did love l, i felt it was fast amd efficient but made simple things such as music, video transfer a hassle. Plus it was limited in what it could do
