I've been getting up at 1/2pm every day, so last night I think I went to sleep about 3.30am, but I had to get up at 7.... could potentially be in bed for about 5pm tonight

Seriously? That's so early
I prefer staying up late. I'm more productive in the early hours of the morning when the house is all quiet.

You don't need the ne, that's just a formality.

Even in my oral exams I don't use it.

But if you don't use it, you can't be stammering

Wooooo I recommend Spanish

Also how do you read Arabic without the signs... Don't know what they're called, like the khasra, dumma or something

Whether to make aa, ee or oo sound

They're called harakat.
Fatha, kasra, dumma and sukoon are the basic ones, there's a lot more.
The thing is once you're used to reading arabic with the harakat, when they're not there you kind of just know. I've never thought about it but I suppose you'll just be familiar with how words are supposed to be pronounced because you'll have practice reading them with the signs

Spanish and Italian are on the list
