Concerned whether I can transfer into second year

I'm one for worrying but I think this is justified (I think)

Basically I got an offer from a uni near home for second year entry provided I get a 2.1 average this year at my current uni.

Thing is I'm literally just scarping a 2.1 and i'm half way through the year :L counting all my essays I'm at a 65 average and that's only partially because in one of my modules I have a ridiculously generous tutor. Take them out and I'm like on 61.

Next semester could be totally unpredictable too as Ill be learning a fee subjects that are things I have not studied in the past and I could easily slip up on anything and get a 2.2

I'm just so worried because If I end up with like a 55 this year, Ill get rejected and end up where I am, unhappy, unmotivated and sad for the next 2 1/2 years. And then I'll do bad because of that.

Can't I go into clearing for second year entry? if all goes wrong?
