The whole document? - If it is you state the title, author and date it was published

It would be the whole document, so what kind of document is this? As I will need to find out the author, publication and publisher dependent upon what category it falls into, which is the bit I'm finding tricky...

The complete document is a review - For the different sections I advise naming the whole document, then referencing the authors within the review according to the extract.
