How do you get abs??

How does a 15 year old girl get abs without going to the gym??
Are there any exercises that you can do at home???
Does it take a long time????
Abs are made in the kitchen, reduce fat in your diet and do a few ab exercises
Work up to doing sets of 500 crunches.
Have a read of the FAQ we're building http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=3014757

Abs are a bi product of being lean enough to see your ab muscles and having big enough ab muscles to see them. Doing endless exercises will be of no benefit to you. At this moment in time doing cardio such as running and swimming will be good for you as well as some planks and if you want - buy an ab roller.

If there's a gym near you that takes under 16s, then doing a proper lifting routine, such as in the FAQ will be good as well

Fork putdowns and plate pushaways.

3 sets of 12-15 reps daily.

Do you really want abs? Even if you do, you won't expect to see them on your body until age 18

Erm, he's male
OP is female (at least it's implied) and it's much much harder for females to be "as muscly"

Abs appear at just about any age, if you're lean enough and have decent sized abs

eat clean, do cardio, lift weights, do ab exercises (sit ups, planks etc)
roll outs are a killer
