Cambridge Offer Holders 2015 thread

Has anyone created a facebook group for Christ's offer holders? There seem to be quite a few of us on this thread!

A*A*AA in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths respectively.

Still hasn't really sunk in yet?!

All 3 of us in my year who applied to Oxbridge got in, I'm just so pleased that one of us didn't miss out because it would've been a bit awkward for all of us.

Oh okay, I'm a little bit taller than that (half a foot maybe)

How did everyone so far pick their college, out of interest?

I'd always been told that most people just "knew" when they arrived at 'their' college on an open day etc, but it took me a very long time to decide.. In the end my hand was forced by the 15th Oct deadline, rather than reaching a concrete decision! Not to say I'm not happy with my eventual decision (it worked out in the end, huh!), but I would certainly be interested to know what other people thought :-P

I figured if queens was good enough for stephen fry it was good enough for me ngl I'd not even been to the college before my interview but then I loved it when I was there so it's worked out well ahaha

Is it weird I'm starting to get excited at the prospect of looking at accommodation and stuff?!

I'm new to this, can't believe I'm on this thread! PBS offer, I don't know what college yet as I got pooled. Anyone else with a PBS offer?

I can't wait! :P I'm assuming they'll send us some more info on that if/when (when, for most I think!) we firm the offer? I can't find much on St John's website

I hope they do send us info soon - one of my friends has an unconditional from Birmingham and has already booked accommodation and everything! I can't wait either, it's so ridiculously exciting that this is all actually happening.
