When considering applicants, they look at you as a whole, not just your predicted grades. So if you've done loads of other stuff which is in your personal statement, then you may get an offer.
You could call/email admissions and have a word with them either centrally or the department directly.
How long do applications usually take to get accepted/rejected for bsc computer science. Sent the application around 3 and a half weeks ago but with it being the Christmas break I just wandered the average processing time?
Normally around about 3 weeks. I know most finished for Christmas on 19th December so that's 2 weeks that have gone and they'll be picking them up again around now.
If you want to contact the department directly, speak to a guy called Ian Murray. His number is 01509 223068 or his e-mail is [email protected]
You could also speak to central admissions office on 01509 223 522 or e-mail [email protected]
Yes you could do, but I do know it's awful waiting to hear - seems to take forever! So you could always contact someone this week anyway. Whoever you contact they'll be happy to help
