Why can't men get pregnant?

Why can't men get pregnant? Do you think that in our lifetime, science will be able to make men have babies if they wanted? That would mean, removing the penis, and replacing it with an artificial female reproductive system - which shouldn't be hard to make. It's basically just a sac of fluid like and engine like that found in car...

I'd do it.

They just don't have the right equipment (so to speak) in all honesty the way science is progressing it wouldn't surprise me if they could do that in the distant future...
Why don't you ask your parents to invest in the idea, you could be the first then to have the procedure and go down in history
