As in that old woman that insists on displaying herself to people whether they wish to or not? To each their own I suppose?

Why out of interest Malcolm X, from what I have read, he seems to have been a bit of a bigot who just made things worse.

Why Malcolm X. From what I have read, he seems to have been a bigot (until nearly the very end), who just made the situation worse.

His empire was starting to collapse even before he died though?

Then what about Alfred the Great? Catherine the Great? Pompey the Great? Charlamagne the Great?

There will no doubt be a ton more historical people who had 'the Great' as part of their name.
Che Guevara for sure
Two-Face. For sure.

No.

Umm not really. He was planning invading Arabia when he died. He had some troubles conquering some territories and had to back off also his bestfriend/lover died but you can't say his empire collapsed because he couldn't conquer everything he tried to.
After his death though everything went down.
