If you could live in any time in history when would you pick?

Up to today, you cannot go into the future in this scenario

Late Roman Republic when Augustus seized power so I could witness the transition into the Empire.
Egyptian? In the time of Ramesses II? Or maybe the 1960s.

Around 12 years ago.
1950s would be pretty interesting, though I feel like I'd grow bored quickly.

As far back as the 80s. There's not many time periods to choose from as an ethnic minority.

1980s.

It was a period with a philosophy that embraced achievement regardless of whether you were white or black, poor or rich. It also had great music.
Today.

We still face huge challenges today (global warming, ISIS, the recovery, obesity), it's better in technological respects (with some exceptions), and that means a lot..
Would love to have grown up in the 1960's
Tudor times but only if I was a lady in waiting/rich
