C1 June 2013 Mei

Can anyone help me with how to do this question? I've attached a photo, but its question 12i) on june 2013 mei c1 paper.

I don't know how to draw the graph. Normally it says something like draw the graph of....for -1 < X < 5
In which case I would draw a table and sub values from the equation into the table, and then plot my results..but with this question i dont know where to begin.

Can anyone please help me with how to draw it?
y=2x+3 is a straight line
You need to know two points on the line to be able to plot it.
When y=0 what is x?
When x=0 what is y?
Put these two points on the graph and draw a straight line to connect them.

You should be able to tell me what shape y=2x+3y=2x+3 is without plotting any points. What geometrical shape is it, as specifically as you can?
