Some of The opinions on this thread by people living in the west are truly unpleasant and don't belong in a country that has welcomed different creeds and cultures over hundreds of years. What is most shocking is that some young muslims, who have benefited from a state education in this country, don't really understand our tolerant liberal culture.
ISIL/ Al Quaeda/ Taliban etc have destabilised much of the middle east. Personal experience of their treatment of women (just one aspect of their odious regimes) is appalling. (Persecution of minority groups in those countries whether jews or homosexuals ditto)
Some of the opinions expressed on this fora show a complete lack of loyalty to our armed forces who have been involved, at the invitation of those governments, to try and make those countries better places to live in. It hasn't always worked out .
The bad faith and bitterness to Great Britain by some young muslims does, unfortunately, lead to a backlash. Young radicalised Muslims do need to realise in the Western worlds their's is a minority view and they would be wise to reflect on that.
We in the West have allowed intolerant views by a minority of muslims to flourish for too long.

Setting aside your view of Iraq there is no justification for low life terrorists to attack individuals in the West. Your aggressive stance is frankly typical, you may wish to reflect that there are alternative views among the majority of the mainstream uk population. (Of all creeds ,colours and backgrounds...).

I never said these low life senseless attacks on innocents were justified. The western foreign policy since 9/11 has been akin to firefighters taking flame throwers to a fire. We have trained and armed so called 'moderate' groups to topple governments and we continue to do so
