Dunno what all the fuss is about. 12 hours in...this is a breeze!
Why? Masturbating is a good method of realising pressure. I see no benefit to it other than tissue usage. For that reason I'm out.

Yeah that's when it's gonna be toughest for me, just before go to sleep!

So one day down, not too bad so far!! Also pretty proud as that's the first day I haven't jerked it for as long as I can remember! Progress....
