When you weigh up all the pros & cons is it acceptable or wrong do you think. This is still a bit of a grey area for me :erm:

Ask yourself: who is masturbating affecting?

Are you hurting innocent children? No. Are you destroying people's lives? No. Are you, in any way, hurting somebody else? No.

Are you having fun though? Yes, and that's all that matters :smile:

It doesn't hurt anyone and is good for your health and wellbeing.

I'd hardly go as far as to call it "moral", but acceptable, certainly. Equally, it seems to have some pretty good health benefits. I see very little to call it "immoral" or "unacceptable".

It depends how it challenges your moral compass. If you come to the point where you masturbate to people that whenever you see them and recall disturbing thoughts (immoral) you had, things get awkward and it makes you feel guilty, then maybe it's time to stop. Better things to do.

Religion is the only thing which refuses to accept it. Any other institution would say do it it's fine, but as it always does, religion comes in with it's ignorant closed minded bs and confuses people. Masturbation isn't a subject of morality - it's a subject of biology and psychology. Morality is only required when you consider what kind of things are okay to masturbate over.
