Complicated matter? Can I list an AS grade as an A intead of B

I received a B in English Lit in the summer at AS. I was 10 UMS away from achieving the A grade.

I retook coursework this year. And the marks added on securely got me an A.
Can I than list it as an A grade on my CV than? Because technically it is now an A but I am not sure when it becomes official..

Must have been moderated because the fact I got a grade implies it was marked which otherwise would be against the coursework rules, so i think so yeah
