Hi i'm doing a BTEC Engineering question for revision.. I am stuck on both, completely lost. can someone help? how would i approach this?

Are you really completely stuck on 2a?
The first part is just plugging numbers into the definition they've given you for T, and the second part requires you to plug in a few sample values for t, calculate the results and then plot them.
