Definitely! I bought one in the christmas sales and was slightly apprehensive as to what mates would say as I'm in a proper 'lads lads' group, but they all said it looked really good. I also wore it out to a club that night and saw 3 other people wearing a faux leather jacket. I think how well one suits you depends on your hairstyle though.

Smart shoes such as brogues do have heels, and are very normal for men.
