Disgusting foods: Which of these would you NEVER EAT?

I came across a few pages online yesterday (yeah, I know, nothing much else to do) that listed some of the weirdest foods people at from around the world

https://backpackerlee.wordpress.com/2014/10/10/21-of-the-weirdest-foods-i-have-never-eaten/

That Bear Paw Whiskey and Tuna Eye is disgusting, and what about the Mongolian Boodog?!!!!!

Moved to Food and Drink. :h:

I have drunk a type of alcohol with a real snake preserved in it - to serve it, you squeeze the alcohol out of the snakes mouth:

warning: snake

It was pretty grim, to be honest :s-smilie:
And to think people slate British cuisine so much.

Not too excited about eating deep fried turantula or the bat, but I'd probably still try them along with everything on there.

Foie Gras. It's a matter of principle.
MUSTARD! I cannot STAND mustard
& Brampton's Pickle :puke:
lol at the replies...hard to read dat OP.

Anyway for me Balut as since I came across it years ago....man I couldn't.

Tuna eye is suspect, probably no.

Shark fin soup more on ethical grounds

No problem with any fried bugs

Wasp crackers my only concern is that is any venom/stinger issue resolved by baking?

True, but they're so damn tasty :frown:

At OP, I wouldn't try any of the foods on that list :puke:

Balut and the spiders. No way.

I'd actually go for the crab and snakes though.
I do actually want to try a few of the things on this list! Especially chili crab - I've heard it's really nice. I ALMOST tried chickens feet when I was in South Africa but I chickened (haha) out. I regret it now! Did you know that they sell chickens' feet and beaks together and call them 'walkie talkies'?

I also kind of want to try insects of some kind. It would take a bit to get over the 'yuck' factor, though.
Oh my god :nooo: It made me gag just looking at the pictures :nooo:
