because he gave us the power which is 24 W and potential difference 12 V

we just need to to find current .

A circuit with a ammeter , bulb , variable resistor in series and the voltmeter in parallel.

i drew a bulb ammeter voltmeter and power supply...
and bulb

because it was how resistance varies with potential difference..
so with power supply you can change the voltage
measure voltage across bulb and measure current
draw a graph of v against i

this was how i thought
