Need Some Advice

So I like this girl she is the same age as me (13) but I have heard that she likes my older brother (16) and I do not know what to do. He has said I have his blessing as he is not interested.

Ask her out. Maybe she says yes. But then when you bring her home is it gonna be cool seeing her staring at your much older, dominant brother who is 3 years your senior and by the sounds of it much better looking and much more of a laugh.
How I don't even know where to start we haven't spoken much
