I feel desperate. I just dont know what to do next..Why isnt there any support for me

I'm sorry you're having a tough time, I don't know where you're studying, but is there no hardship fund or similar at the uni?

Income support is for lone parents where the youngest is under 5 and carers. The OP would either be entitled to ESA if unable to work, or job seekers allowance.

I thought for esa a student has to be getting dla/pip?

At my uni we have something called the "Access to Learning Fund" which you can apply for for all kinds of reasons, particularly if your financial situation means you might not be able to carry on with uni! Make an appointment to see a financial advisor at your uni if they can to see if they have something similar.

Also are you getting Disabled Students Allowance at all? It sounds like your depression is quite an issue and I know that you can get it on grounds of mental health as well as physical.
