I don't want to come on too strong but i want to make it clear that i like her. What can i say?

There is no such thing as a good chat up line if that's what you mean. Just have a chat, develop the conversation in a way which makes your affections known.

I usually go "Sex?" and she replies "Yes, where?" and then we pick a place :h:

That makes it clear also it helps to be in a relationship, otherwise backhand compliment her :h:
