Gotta love Ozil, genuinely seems like he wants to repay everyone for the trust they gave him when signing him, really hope he can get a good run of form running.

Could see this being a dangerous weekend for us, although tbh United are the only top 9 side pretty much guaranteed a win, Southampton have a tough game against Swansea, West Ham vs Liverpool and Tottenham away to West Brom (not to mention the top 2 playing each other). Villa have a decent record against us at home can see us dropping points if we aren't careful and no-one particularly likes playing after all their rivals, added pressure
Also, is Danny Mills being paid by Chelsea or something, his punditry is absolutely shocking, suggesting a Maradona style hand of God goal that the Hull player scored (which we disallowed) is a worse offence than Costa's stamps, the last few weeks he has rim licked Jose and Chelsea so hard it's been cringe worthy viewing.

Perhaps realising people have started to think he's a **** pundit after his bitter timely outburst Stuart Pearce and having to be controversial to stay relevant and not lose his job...

Would rate McNulty above him atm

Villa have beat Arsenal plenty of times :confused:
all the teams around us winning today..

Not the end of the world - we will beat villa without to much hassle..

next week is much more important:

Spurs - Arsenal
Everton - Liverpool
West ham - United

Very exciting set of fixtures!

really dont know what to think.. spurs are so inconsistant, and un-predictable. they will go and beat chelsea 5-3, then loose to palace 2-1, then barely scrape past shefield wednesday in the cup.. whilst loosing to leicster in the cup.. then thrash west brom 3-0..

who knows what spurs will turn up.

After the spurs game we go on a really nice run of fixtures though, up until playing liverpool in april. All of our top4 rivals clash with each other, and have much harder games in that period, so I honestly think if we can beat spurs, then we should be able to grind our way into 3rd before we face a difficult patch again
Not sure why there needs to be scenes after every loss/draw. We're clearly in a better position going into the second half of the season and will still finish in the top 4. People need to look at the bigger picture instead of overreacting in some crisis mode.

We have only lost one game in our previous 10 matches.

Half our team is permanently injured - tell us something we don't already know.
So apparently this is the leaked line up for us tomorrow, you can never be too sure but we'll see how it compares to what's actually put out:

Lol Wilf don't act like it's the norm that Villa always dick all over us or something. It's a mixed record for both teams (but we look better tbh). :yep:

I thought this too but does he have a choice? I wouldn't drop cazorla in his form atm and who else do we have to play on there apart from AOC or Sanchez who can shift. Hmmmm.
