For me, it's:
Nice body - Keeps fit and makes a real effort to maintain good shape.
Nice face - I'd say teeth are key to this, as they can be the centre of the face. Also, a 'nice face' I imagine is one that looks gentle.

As above though if they can laugh at themselves, are witty and not easily offended, that's seriously attractive. I like women who are fun to be around. Can't stand women who want to be the victim all the time.

I didn't list most of these but yeah. I like a girl I can play tennis or swim with, class is essential, money for security, humour is good.
Nice teeth
Nice hair
Personality.

These are all qualities that I lack in myself so I kind of imagine that I have an evolutionary imperative to find them in a partner so that our child isn't a total douchebag who wears braces for as long as it takes him to go bald (about 17 years probably lol)
