Me too. Knew the interview didn't really go well and offers were already given to people who interviewed after me earlier this week :tongue:

There are people who received offers already? They haven't replied me...it has been two weeks since I interviewed.

How do people generally prepare for competency based interviews?

I try to bullet point (more than 1) examples for the most common competencies like teamwork, leadership etc etc and then bullet point what I did, the outcome and what I have learnt. I normally do this just to think answers through without writing a script and to have a number of examples to hand if I've already used one example elsewhere.

Am I missing something in terms of prep? :smile:

Just completed my video interview for Irwin Mitchell. I did terribly bad; lack of preparation and nerves. I'm embarrassed that they will watch it haha it's a shame though :frown:

For anyone still preparing to do it; it is all comprntancy based questions. By the looks the app chooses them at random.

I don't think I can really tell you the exact questions but they were basic competency questions like "describe a time when...". Nothing out of ordinary of you are prepared. Hope that helps.
