tbh I don't think there any pro Christian parties in the UK. Most of them don't involve religion to appeal to a wider amount of people. The only reason UKIP claims to be Christian is because, the UK is heavily associated with being a traditional Christian country, so they know they will gain a rising amount of followers as more and more people are becoming weary of immigration and Islam, due to terrorism. People associate being British with Christianity so therefore UKIP get votes. I think loads of UKIP supporters also see Christianity as a white religion, as many see Islam as a Asian religion- both common misconceptions.

Muslims only make up 2-5% of the whole UK population believe it or not. Muslims aren't a threat to the UK or its Christian influence. Immigration is not a problem imo too. Immigrants are still a minority and ironically UKIP dominated areas are the areas with the least amount of immigrants. The lack of jobs aren't immigrants fault- UKIP simply use propaganda to put fear into people. UKIP don't have any Christian related polices do they? You may think they're pro- Christian as all the other parties aren't patriotic like UKIP. Religion is becoming, less and less influential in the UK tbh and just because they're patriotic it isn't equivalent to being pro-Christian.

just my view lol- I'll be allowed to vote this year for the 1st time! its labour or the green party for me

There is a Christian party in the uk - they're just not a nationally recognised one: http://www.ukchristianparty.org/

As for the chap you were replying to, they don't exist in the MHoC, that's pretty much just the three main parties + UKIP and greens, then two parties that aren't copies of real ones as such in the socialists and libertarians.

In about a months time, I'm going to be on stage at Wembley arena at the same time as Matt Redman :teeth:

(Admittedly leaving the stage as he's starting, but y'know...)

John 15:12-15

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.
Hello everybody! Hope you remember me!

ok weird question to ask, but im going with a photographer friend of mine to a few cathedrals to take pictures etc., and we've heard that there are dead/embalmed bodies on show in some of them (e.g. exeter one).

i'm terrified of dead bodies tbh (used to have panic attacks at funerals as a kid), is this true? which cathedrals should i avoid?

also is it ok to pray at a cathedral like at a church?

I can't remember seeing any bodies on show as such - I mean there are tombs, but the actual bodies aren't visible.

Praying - absolutely. If it's an old (pre-Reformation) cathedral then there will be side chapels if you prefer somewhere quieter and more private to pray. I know there are several in my local. If there aren't any side chapels (though the majority will have them), then you can just as well pray in the main body of the cathedral, don't worry about it!

Hi guys! I haven't been on here in aaaaaaggggggeeeeeesssssss!! Just wondered if anyone could keep a friend of mine in their prayers as they're really suffering from severe depression, anxiety, and epilepsy at the moment. They wouldn't want me to say names but would really appreciate prayers. Hope everyone else is okay, if there is anything you'd like me to pray for just let me know

Of course, praying :lovehug:
