No, in our exams we don't write essays (although apparently you have to at A Level), we just answer questions. For example, we're usually given an extract of a fake article and we may be asked "What is non-verbal communication? Refer to the article in your answer" for about 2 marks. We also have to answer questions about case studies and often give advantages and disadvantages of certain ones.

Don't worry it's fine, I'm happy to answer any questions you have!

Ah I see. Not sure whether that's a good thing or not. Probably good.
How many exams like that do you have? It is split into modules? :
Thanks.

Personally I think it's quite good, although there is a lot to remember :frown:

We do Unit 1 and Unit 2 and there are 5 topics on each paper. Both papers are the same format, just different topics
I've printed off like 300 sheets worth of past papers this week.

Sorry trees .
Does anyone know if they're going to do the EPQ or AQA Bacc next year?

I'll probably do the EPQ as it's pretty much compulsory at my current school's sixth form. Are you planning on doing it?

Yes, we had to sign up for an extra-curricular (stuff like DofE, Arts Award, Volunteering etc), definitely looked the best!

So have I
But on the positive side of things, it is helping me with my exam technique.

I may or may not do it; people have given me mixed opinions on it...

Hello! I am Reza, an aspiring surgeon.
I am currently in year 11, and do the following subjects; Computing, Triple Science(Biology,Physics,Chemistry), Economics, Business, iGcse English, English Lit, Maths (Higher), R.E (Catholic school, therefore necessary), and Persian (Additional language).
In terms of hobbies, I go to the gym, or a boxing class on monday's and wednesday's, other than that i study or surf the net. Surfering the net is a major drawback for me, as it consumes my motivation to study; furthermore become a immense distraction!
