I think you can wait for a while as it differs for each courses and the volume of applications they receive.
Because if you write to the admissions team they probably will take at least 2 weeks to reply and it would be check your tracker !

I would since it means you've almost waited for 5 months. If you do it, just be kind and add a line at the and saying you're hoping they don't find your email bothering or sth like that.

Tell him not to worry, I'm pretty sure there are other people facing same anxieties as he is, which means everyone will be socialising to avoid that happening! It's all part of the university experience, so it shouldn't affect his decisions :smile:

How did you manage to get the work experience ? Was it in India or abroad ? I've always thought Indian firms aren't too pleased to hire people, even for internships, before the penultimate year of their degree?

My dad works at HSBC and called in a few favors. I don't live in India though. I live in Saudi Arabia.
