Every workout is fasted for me these days! :tongue: Makes no difference at all- if anything I think you risk inducing lethargy if you eat too much beforehand...

With my messed up body, think its wise to get rid off excess weight, its not doing me any good. That said 2 year anniversary with gf, eaten so much today. Legit 3500+

Painfully full of Thai food ATM

Saw on BBC R1thread you're with your gf 4 years. Congrats man

I'd be laid out for days doing that

+ knowing my luck I'd impinge my shoulder doing that many lateral raises :tongue:
