I'd support Iran.
...Israel.
Without the intervention of any other countries iran. All it literally takes is like a few missiles to hit israel and its over.
Spain would win.

Given the lack of a land border between the two, I don't see this one happening.

But hypothetically, in isolation, Iran would be utterly, utterly destroyed in about a day and a half. Iran has almost no proper military capability, and like almost all nations in the area, they are entirely unable to fight - except with one another.
I agree with the poster who said who ever the US supports. An actual question would be could Israel defeat Hezbollah and Hamas with their increasing Iranian support.
