did yours mention anything about work experience letters and 'your offer being withdrawn' if you don't send in your forms in 7 working days. I found this quite worrying because I've already given in all my letters...

thanks for the reply, that's odd because it clearly does say I have scored highly enough during interview to get an offer but it is essentially saying I won't formally get the offer till I send in all my work experience letters are in, which I've already done. I'll ring them up tomorrow and see what they have to say.
