anyone have any advice for me on Barclays first round interview. i have it tomorrow morning.

It will be strengths based, 12 set questions based on how well you work in a team, if you can lead, how well do you fit in the company (probably based on the 5 key values - respect, integrity, service, excellence and stewardship) and on industry awareness. Use interesting examples and relate them into how they could be relevant to a possible situation within Barclays.

I was in the same situation and spoke to HR at BAML; they said if I would like to do the summer insight I would need to reapply for the September dates

I received my confirmation letter (through secure email) on yesterday, offer was made on Tuesday and had interview last Wednesday.

One possible explanation is that they send them out in batches. If lots of people have received their contract I'd send an email, if not give it a few days :smile:
