Just thinking if you ever wanted to work quads more, I see you coach is it coaching friends or something more formal?

Not too worried ATM, might have a play with them on Friday :smile:

Just friends, don't charge or anything as I'm far from expert. Want to get some qualifications one day :smile:

To be fiat though just getting practice and hours in coaching will help you to improve on how you give cues!

Ahh it's a long story pal, started when I was 17, by the time I was 19 I had a 175kgx2 deadlift and a 140kg box squat. Was playing with the 40kg dumbells for benching (started with dumbells in an old gym and never stopped) nothing mind blowing or anything to brag about really. Anyway got to Uni and a relationship, poor programming on sheiko and terrible form for BB bench has left me with a shoulder that wasn't moving right lol

Long story short only able to consistently train gain with no pain, but doing floor presses and snatch grip rack pulls until I'm fixed.

Not to different to how you train in terms of variation which had me very interested!

Rant over.

Aye teaching improves my lifting as well as I make sure I'm using my own cues!

Sucks to hear that, I've got a ****ed up back, knee and recently my shoulder has reared it's head from nowhere, so I know dem feels

Just training around it and making gainz where I can much like yourself

Its pretty much a year since I did my knee :frown:

However, today (well now yesterday) I saw the consultant rheumatologist. What a guy.

I've had my hips and knees xrayed, bloods taken and diagnosed etc all in a day.

So

I have sero negative arthritis, which can be controlled with steroid injections if I need them. TBC by bloods.

What exercise can I do? Everything, including weights, nothing I can do will influence it.

Time to get big

Comp in August (BPU Push/pull)?

Also had back diagnosis and prognosis changed which is ideal.

I can't train squats, messes my back up. So push/ pulls are my only option really. Hence BPU probably

Thinking about running a routine rather than my alternative thing I'm doing atm. If I do run one it'll be 531 BBB with upper/lower split. (Obvs not squatting), however making all kindza gains atm, so will see.
