When did u have final interview? I had post interview and they said met the benchmark, then asked to wait and will answer in Feb. didn't hear back anything. Probably fail :frown:

It has now been over 4 weeks since I had my CS-interview and still haven't heard anything. What do you think I should do?

what do you actually get to be involved in on spring weeks or more importantly internships? Do you get to work on real projects in the business?

so I have my final round interview with Barclays on monday

Any advice, tips? how are the questions framed?

I was advised its a skill and motivation based interview.

any advice will be much appreciated. thank you
As a few others have said, it's much like the first round interview style wise. Have a think about examples for things like solving a problem, working in a team, dealing with a person you disagreed with etc - they want an example to support nearly every question. Good luck! Which department are you going for? :smile:

"Thanks for your patience. We are still reviewing your application. We will aim to get back to you in the next 2 weeks to let you know if we are offering you a place on the Spring Week programme. "
So basically a rejection...
Honestly they should just say instead of playing this waiting game.. :/

Nothing, was supposed to hear by the end of the month. + my interview was 6 days later than yours. It is going to be rejection..
