A Level students: What time do you sleep and wake up?

It varies soo much!

It can be anywhere to 2am-7am on a weekday or 11:45pm-ish to 7 am, most of the time I am not in bed until 11pm.

Weekends again can be 1am-7am or if I definitely know that I am revising I will wake up anywhere to 4/5/6am depending on how much I want to cover since the early hours are when I feel the most motivated and I sleep at 11pm the night before.

Today I am probably going to sleep at 2am because I have quite a bit of revision I want to get over and done with tonight!
weekdays 1am-8am
weekends 2 am to whenever I wake up, usually 12.
Depends what's going on academically...Currently:

Weekdays: 12:30am - 6:00am
Weekends: 11pm-12am - 7:30am

When I was doing my A-Levels, I'd sleep at about 2/3am and have to be up at about 6am the next day on weekdays. :erm: I seriously don't recommend that though, I just couldn't sleep at night for various reasons and always woke up feeling very tired/ill.

:O How is that even possible?

Was this everyday?

Or just occasionally?

Weekdays: 1-3AM to 6:30-7:30AM (depends on classes)
Weekends: 2-5AM to 8AM

I dont understand how some of you sleep so much... I can get through a day with no sleep without much trouble. That said, i have a pretty severe caffeine addiction

3 hours sleep??
I am taking my A2 exams at the end of this year, I also work, volunteer and take driving lessons so my life in pretty packed, but I would consider my sleeping patterns normal.

weekdays - sleep at 10-12 and wake at 6.15-7
weekends - really varies but i usually sleep at 11-12 and wake at 8-10 (on sundays I wake at 7am as I start work at 8)

It depends actually, I also sleep for 5-6 hours, and it became a habit. And I really feel refreshed after having 6 hours sleep, whereas I feel tired if I sleep for 7-8 hours 😂
