Edit: I'm convinced this was about Claude and his wife.

It's a well-known joke that's been around for a few years, but the person changed the punchline (the man's diary) to be specific to Arsenal.

We haven't played a 4411 formation for a long while iirc. I'd really like it to be the first lineup but I can see Chambers getting troubled playing there, then again the only other option is Bellerin so. Oh Debuchy. And for the mean time I can't make up my mind as to whether this is a good game for Szs to come back to, Ospina has been good these last few matches but he's slowly burning out I feel.

Chambers will get absolutely annihilated at RB if you play him there.

And Bellerin wont?
Will be so pissed if Jenko goes to West Ham.

Man is a true gooner and a fellow half Fin;(

I want Jenko to spend next 10 years at arsenal, Manz gonna be captain one day

That's all well and good but is he good enough?

Wenger doesn't seem to think so, so much so that he has chosen a 19 year old to play in front of him, who has little English football experience.

I think the inital plan was to have Debuchy & Chambers. No one predicted how **** Debuchy's luck with injuries would have been..

Bellerin would've been no where near the first team.
Seems like my sort of scum:

Young would turn bellerin inside out along with shaw.
Chambers is on par with Evans in terms of the accumulation of forced errors.

You just need to balance the pros and cons, would you rather have Bellerin who would work well with a pacey winger in ATTK, you may even keep young penned back, or go for the safer option.
Ok so Gabriel looks like an utter Squillaci for us.

You can use the settling in excuse but he'll be as good as the watchmen aboard the titanic for us.

Should have got Ashley Williams when we were linked last season. Wasting away at Swansea.
Also I think our best midfield has been coq tom and santi in a 4 3 3.

Ramseys engine is useful but rosicky and cazorla together is just football porn
is gnabry dead?
Young's best asset isn't skinning fullbacks, his precision crosses will be the danger if Bellerin allows him all the time and space in the world to deliver them. QPR's goal last game pretty much highlights his inability to closed down and prevent crosses coming in from our right flank
When are we gonna get a proper leader in this squad? Every other big team has atleast one.

City: Kompany & Toure

Man Utd: Rooney

Chelsea: Terry

Liverpool: Gerrard

Arsenal: ...?

I don't think we've had one since Adams tbh or since that era generally last one being Henry.

You're sounding like Scholes now lol
Tbh, its a lose-lose situation as far as our rbs are concerned. Bellerin will get owned on the counter as he just bombs forward so much and Chambers will get slaughtered cos hes too slow to play rb. Really need Debuchy for this. Lineup should be:

Scz
Rb, Mert, Kos, Monreal
Coq, Rosicky
Walcott, Alexis, Welbeck
Giroud

Monreal has been way better than Gibbs this season, Rosicky is a wizard with the ball and Cazorla often goes missing in the big games, Walcott is pace and is due a start, Welbeck is a good big-game player and will be psyched for manure, Alexis in the centre might be unorthodox but can't leave him out and Giroud has scored in the big games this season.
How we should line up:

Szc
Hector Chambers Koscielny Nacho
Ramsey Coq
Ox Ozil Welbz
Giroud

How we will line up:

Szc
Hector Per Koscielny Gibbs
Coq Ramsey
Welbz Santi Ozil
Giroud
