when doing history, i use a timeline showing all of the important events. this helps to organise information.

Part B: was the impact of weapons technology the greatest factor for changing the nature of warfare 1815-1918

If my teacher is to be believed I got 50/50 :biggrin: but I think he overmarked me haha! It'll probably be moderated down...

I'm so nervous for this exam because I haven't properly started revising yet :/

I don't know how you guys manage to do so well on the coursework, mock exams i got an A but coursework for Part A i got back a C, and it's still 4000 words and i need to cut it down and find out how to improve it. Still waiting on Part B but god i hate coursework.

Isn't it 4000 words between both pieces? So an average of 2000 for each part?

I've no clue how I did well on it either. I'm hoping the exam goes well because it's such a lot of content!

Yeah, i managed to do Part B in just over 2k, and i did Part A around 4k, now i need to shorten it down and try to find ways of improving it. Any tips for top marks?

Oh I see!
Id say regularly link back to the question, cross refer between sources, analyse their origin, use at least 3 analytical explanations with quotes from the sources for each para. Do about 4 paras and make sure your conclusion answers the question with a valid explanation.
