Gonna jump on Texas method. Today is volume day. Felt pretty ****, tired and weak. Oh well.

Squat
130*5,5,5,5,5
Fine.

Incline Bench
75*5,5,5,5,5
Harder than it should have been. Last two sets easiest lol. Did both without breathing and was able to stay much more tight.

Snatch Grip Deadlift
140*5,5,5

Chinups.

Home as tired and cba
TM Ftw. Good luck.

Poor timing to start a new program as I'm off away tomorrow until Tuesday. Did a pseudo intensity day as a result because I'll have ages to recover anyway.

Squat
155*5

Bench
85*4
Didn't want to risk failure and still tired from Monday

Deadlift
180*2
190*1
200*1
205*1
210*1
215*1
Not pulled over 180 for about 5 months. Pretty happy. Resisted the urge to pull 5 plates with atrocious form.

Minor assistance work
Decent session.

How was the form on the heavy Deadlifts? Video?

Intensity day. Need recovery on Sunday as I play hockey every sat so will be weak after. Also weekend I sometimes can't train so if I miss a session it needs to be recovery.

Squats
Up to 157.5*6 5,6 RM PB
Wasn't sure if was on 4 or 5 at end so did 1 more.

Bench
85*5 equal PB
95*1 because had a spotter

Deadlift
180*3 felt very heavy
190*5 felt fine

215 wasn't great. Rest were fine. No videos, will start trying to video intensity day but squats at least feel miles stronger with psych up and music. To the extent where psych up 157.5 felt easier than the 140 warm up.
Training been so disrupted. So busy/late at work and away at weekend. Very very tired today but tried hard anyway. Was pleasantly surprised with two PBs, although they were both cheap. Today was intensity day as per tuesdays. But went haywire at bench.

Squat
120*6
140*3
150*2
160*3 Cheap PB, but weaker than last week's 157.5*6.
150*2

Bench
40*10
50*3
60*3
70*3
80*1
87.5*6 All time PB. Yay. Perhaps today isn't so **** after all. Have done 85 3*5 which is possibly better though. Form just felt excellent. Was aiming for 5 but felt good.
87.5*5. Felt too good to stop at 1 set lol.
87.5*5
87.5*5
87.5*4+pinned. Ffs.

4th set felt so strong but lost shoulder tightness at 2nd rep of last set. Tried to readjust but wasn't in a good enough position. So angry at getting pinned I just left without deadlifts or assistance. Guess I shouldn't be too unhappy at basically getting 5*5 on a weight I've only ever done 5 reps of once. 6RM PB too.

Deadlift not even once.

Strange how a session can go from **** to good, to great and then back to **** so easily.
Front delt doms today. Was the first time I've ever felt bench in my front delts, they were fried.
still got 25 reps
Am ill. Volume day, took it easy as a result.

Squats 140 5*5

Incline Bench 65 3*5 (to account for getting overexcited on Tuesday)

Deadlift 180*5

Tbh, three plate Squats for 25 reps and four plate deads for five taking it easy is damn awesome.

Bench neck and neck also! Did 90kg*5 today (but after 85kg*8 which was hard and after back so maybe 90*6 fresh?)- essentially the same though!
