Im screwed

I received an offer for biology AAA and last year in my biology (ocr) exams I got two low A's and a C for coursework, I need an A overall and to do this I need A* in both modules, do you guys think its possible?
I feel like i'm not going to get into my firm because of this and I know I didnt do that well in my controlled assessments..

do you guys have any tips? has anyone been in a similar situation? how much work did you put in?
